Wherefore art thou, Spring?

Looking at these photos that I took just Sunday (yesterday!) at the Garden Center in town, you would think that we are in the midst of a lovely sunny springtime.



But in fact while these trees and shrubs and flowers are blooming on schedule, we are huddled in the house trying to stay warm and dry.



Today it rained, broke for a few minutes of sorta-sun, rained some more, and blew like the dickens. The baseball game was canceled for fear the boys would freeze and blow away.



Tonight, at supper time it......it.......it.....



..........snowed!!!..............

Come on, Oregon! Get it together! Let's have spring!

We've been waiting for it all winter. We're ready!
