Yesterday we were so relaxed, we almost forgot Kerri had to go to Kung Fu! After her class, Daddy picked up lunch and we settled in for some fun and games. Kerri played with her Lego set with Daddy, then Mommy read her some Chanukah books sent by the godfamily. Pookie even got in on the fun, bringing his ball to anyone who would throw it to him.
After we lit the candles, Kerri received a Monopoly Jr. game. And she loved it! Until Daddy won, that is. We had a lot of fun playing this version, and I really liked that Kerri got to practice her math skills in order to play.
We ended the night watching a movie, eating popcorn, and then settling in to our bedtime routines. It was a wonderful way to spend the fourth day of Chanukah.
