This is area is unbelievable right now. Shad, the kids and I, all went on a walk last Sunday and saw so many of these signs. There was one street in our neighborhood, where 8 out of the 10 homes on the street were foreclosures, short-sales, for sale, or for rent (only 1 was for rent). There were only 2 houses occupied. CRAZY!!!
