Whole Wheat Waffles
1 1/4 c whole wheat flour (I grind Kamut, but whole wheat is easier to find)
1 T baking powder
3/4 t salt
2 T honey
3 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c milk
3 T olive oil
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix together honey, egg yolks, milk and olive oil. Combine wet and dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter.
Greek Yogurt Topping
greek yogurt
cottage cheese
agave (you could use pure maple syrup or honey)
Mix together.
So healthy.
So filling.
So good.
